Campaign Planning

What is it?
Vandever Batten helps an organization determine its readiness for a campaign by creating and evaluating its case for support.  Through that process, Vandever Batten will recommend a campaign goal and timeline, as well as summarize the prospective base of support.

What does an ideal partnership look like?
Campaign Planning services are best suited for an organization that has identified the need for a campaign but requires analysis of the campaign case, fundraising goals and volunteer/staff infrastructure to determine if the organization is ready for a campaign.

How does a Campaign Planning engagement work?
Vandever Batten works with an organization to assess the viability of its campaign goals by reviewing collateral materials and communication systems as well as working with staff and board to supplement existing structures.  In addition, Vandever Batten will meet directly with internal and external stakeholders to determine how the organization's case will be received by the key donors whose contributions will be required to assure a successful campaign.
