What does an ideal partnership look like?
Development Advising services are best suited for an organization that has identified the need for a campaign and requires analysis of the campaign case, fundraising goal and volunteer/staff infrastructure to determine if the organization is ready for a campaign.

Types of Development Advising engagements:

Assessment:  by conducting a comprehensive analysis of an organization's annual development program, its short- and long-term goals, infrastructure and strategy, Vandever Batten is able to help the organization determine where it should best invest its staff and volunteer efforts.

Planning:  by evaluating the organization's mission, vision and tactical goals, Vandever Batten creates a 3- to 5-year strategic development plan encompassing all development-related functions, goals, timelines and infrastructure.
